“I consider myself a sweetaholic with an art degree.
At Northern Illinois University in 1970, I found myself babysitting free of charge so that I could use the oven to bake chocolate chip cookies I sold to students in the dorm. After graduating with a BSE, God had other plans for me and I returned to baking. My mediums became edible and the art continued as I created ‘one of a kind’ cakes and pastries where one could truly say ‘Ta Dah’!”
